Stage Left Movie

"Stage Left" documents San Francisco Theatre during one of the most vibrant aesthetic and politically active periods of the Twentieth Century. Not only is this documentary an excellent commentary on the theatre, but it is a sociological history of the city which typically leads the country not only aesthetically but through its social movements.

I know that anyone interested in San Francisco will want to see your film and buy it, and it should be in most libraries and universities.

"Stage Left" captures the spirit of San Francisco's vibrant, wild and out-of-control theater scene perfectly. Bravo!
